Subject to FAR Clause 51.215-3 entitled “Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose,” this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for Information and planning purposes for qualified and experienced sources to workplace refurbishment services, including removal of current furniture and carpeting, provision and installation of 70+ workstations, provision and installation of ~12,000 sq. ft. carpeting, and more as detailed in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. This is not solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. It is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government plans to procure these services as a Commercial Item as defined in FAR 2.101 Place of Performance (Site Location) REDCOM Great Lakes, North Chicago, IL 60088 NAICS CODE The NAICS Code for this requirement is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,100 employees. Period of Performance The Government intends for services to award the resultant contract approximately 15 September 2023 with services commencing immediately and completion expected within 100 working days. The proposed procurement is a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement. Standard company brochures will not be reviews. Submissions are not to exceed two (2) standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response.
