NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting to make a single award of a firm fixed-price SUPPLY- type purchase order for audio visual equipment and installation at the Navy Reserve Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This will be a 100% small business set aside solicitation. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 04 August 2023. NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound intends to use a comparative evaluation in this procurement. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound is posting a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and recourse to support the requirement for audio visual equipment and installation in an auditorium located at the Navy Reserve Center Minneapolis, 5905 34th Ave S. Minneapolis MN 55450. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The results of the market research will contribute to future procurement process decisions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding any submissions on this sources sought announcement. Description of Services: The contractor will provide the delivery and installation of the requested equipment and related services per the attached equipment list at NRC Minneapolis. Installation of equipment will be completed on or around September – December 2023. Installation to be coordinated with contractors renovating the auditorium.
