This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial SAP requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N6824624Q0123 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associate NAICS code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the small business size standard is $34,000,000.00. The Government requires a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract for an offeror to provide the calibration of the ESL ProofCert machine and Frank Cable AJT machine. See Attachment (1a) – ESL Statement of Work & Attachment (1b) – Frank Cable Statement of Work for the description of each ship's respective requirements. A contract for the base period will be awarded for the quoter determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered in accordance with Attachment (c) 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
