The NAICS code is 811310. This is a 100% small business set aside among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Guam. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract to the company whose quote provides best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government. Anticipated items are listed in the solicitation.
