The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Site Marianas Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following services in accordance with the Statement of Work. ITEM/ DESCRIPTION/ QUANTITY/ UNIT OF ISSUE: Proposals shall include all labor, equipment to include pumps, fittings, hoses, positive displaced flow meter, and tank trucks/transport trailers necessary for the transporting and handling of Government owned Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76) and Turbine Fuel aviation (JP5) to various points on the Island of GUAM as specified in the Statement of Work..
