NAVSUP FLC Rota, Spain is conducting a sources sought notice, not an RFQ, to identify responsible contractors for Pilot Transportation Services. Performance will be at Naval Station Rota, Spain and within the Bay of Cadiz. The period of performance is a 5-year ordering period. NAVSUP anticipates a FAR Part 12 acquisition and a firm-fixed-price contract. Interested contractors are invited to submit a capabilities statement of no more than three pages, including relevant contract history and customer references; no reimbursement will be made for response costs.
