This requirement is for non-personal services to provide program mission support in Accounting, Administration, and Government Travel to the Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) EURAFCENT. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel to perform these services at the organization's facility in Cairo, Egypt. The contractor is solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Egyptian tax, labor, and business registration laws, including those covering visas, social insurance, and multi-tier income taxes. Personnel working under this contract will have no approval authority and must maintain non-disclosure agreements.
