NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, C200 Naples intends to issue a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about the 13 February 2026 . This requirement is for Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services for packing, crating, containerization, delivery, and local moves of personal property shipments of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel in the Campania, Lazio, Puglia, and Basilicata regions of Italy. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials for the preparation of the personal property of DoD personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM scope of work. Work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in the individual Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINs) This contract will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 as authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5 based on FAR FAC # 2025-06. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) ) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of five years. The NAICS Code is 484210. This acquisition will be UNRESTRICTED. Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and estimated ELIN quantities attached to the related Source Sought notice still applies.
