The proposed contract action is to procure the services necessary to provide construction security services, as well as construction security surveillance services to support a secure construction project onboard Keflavik Air Base (KAB), Keflavik, Iceland in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (IDC) 705 series and Department of Defense (DoD) policies. The Place of Performance is AB Keflavik, Iceland. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) Naples Detachment - Italy, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source - SDVOSB vendor under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) - sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, by entering into a sole source contract with Singularity Security Group, LLC. See the attached Justification and Approval (J and A) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for capability statements or competitive quotes.
