NAVSUPPACT requires Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Process Improvement, as well as administrative and knowledge management support services for the collaboration and execution of a continuous program of wide-ranging projects. The primary focus of the contract is project management, mentorship of belts, and support of the Belt Training and Development Program. In particular, the contractor shall provide Master Black Belt (MBB), Black Belt (BB), Green Belt (GB), and Project Management Professional (PMP) training courses, as well as knowledge management support services in support of NAVSUPPACT. Knowledge management support services include: mentoring, project analysis, subject matter expert services, training facilitation, student handbooks, event facilitation services, support for Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), mentorship support, periodic reports, and curriculum review. The place of performance is NAVSUPPACT, Naples, Italy. The applicable NAICS code is 611430. This is not a request for quote. The official RFQ will be posted to the GPE on or about 21 May 2025.
