NAVSUP FLCS is seeking eligible contractors to manufacture and package three (3) low pressure, oil free, single screw type, sea water cooled compressors to be equipped with electric motor drives with an output of 200 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) up to 150 pounds per square inch (PSIG), RIX Model STAR 200C, Or Equal, equipped with RIX Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). These compressors shall meet the requirements and dimension included in Attachment (1) Compressor Requirements. The Military Sealift Command will arrange for transportation and freight from vendors facility however vendor will be required to prepare the shipment in accordance with packaging requirements outlined within Attachment (1). The required delivery date is 30 June 2025, which is based on the ship availability. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements along with any available drawings and specifications in response to this notice. This request for capability statements is not a request for competitive proposals and no pricing information is being requested. This notice is to aid the Government in its determination on whether to compete the proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government based on approval of the identified source. Based on the results of this sources sought, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1).
