BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORK Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) is seeking sources for a vendor to provide in-person training to operate the CTL SystemWare Spectrum Guard device. Training is to take place in Djibouti, Africa. See attached Performance Work Statement. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS The Government acknowledges that responses to this sources sought are not binding offers. The information obtained will assist in our market research and future solicitation processes. The Government request interested and capable vendors respond to this notice by answering the questions below. Do not submit Capability Statements. 1.
