In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, the requirement for Administrative Services in West Ruislip, UK is hereby synopsized. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. NAVSUP FLCSI intends to issue a Request for Quotes, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and subpart 13.5, on or about 31 March 2023. The information presented below is anticipatory in nature and does not bind the Government to issue the solicitation accordingly. Do not submit proposals in response to this notice. Any solicitation will be issued electronically via http://sam.gov and interested parties must comply with that announcement. Interested parties should monitor the sam.gov page for the release of the solicitation, and any applicable amendments. The Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) London, United Kingdom has a need for contractor support services for five (5) positions at the West Ruislip location to enhance the ability of the Command to execute its Travel Administration, Executive Support, Strategic Communications, and Knowledge and Content Management responsibilities within the extremely challenging arena of International S&T Operations. The five (5) support service positions include a travel administrator, executive assistant, strategic communications specialist, information technology (IT)/knowledge management (KM) specialist, and IT tier 1 support specialist. The execution of U.S. government business processes in the international arena requires a number of unique administrative skills and knowledge of the U.S. Navy’s business environment. Additionally, contractor providing administrative support in the mission space are required to have the professional maturity and communications skills to interact with other U.S. Government OCONUS agencies and foreign research institutions.
