The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government furnished equipment neccessary to accomplish the PCMS installation efforts. This amendment is issued to incorporate additional RFQ instructions regarding CLINs 0001 and 0002 period of performance and extend the request for drawings submission date. This amendment is issued to release responses to RFIs and update the RFQ in order to incorporate the response to the RFIs. This RFQ is a request for competitive proposals and will be set aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible Offerors may submit proposals by the response date noted herein. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order for installation of PCMS tiles for one of its homeported DDG 51 class ship homeported in Rota Spain under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
