The U.S. Government requires a secure digital key control register and storage system with imbedded programing for authorization, access and reporting. The proposed system must be an all-inclusive product solution to include hardware, software, freight, installation, on-site training with a one year support and warranty agreement, and option for annual renewal. Contractor must provide a field engineer on-site for installation and training, as a direct employee of said company providing the product. Contractor is responsible for travel and lodging costs of its employees, as may be necessary. The system must be able to operate as a standalone system, and include a printer for reporting output capabilities in hard copy or soft copy (via disk, drive or other accessory). Contractor must have operated, shipped and serviced products Outside Continental U.S. (OCONUS).
