Naples has a new requirement in support of the USNS KANAWHA (T-AO-196) to prepare and accomplish a Voyage Repair (VR) in Barcelona, Spain. The scope of work will consist of a repair and maintenance package from Military Sealift Command (MSC). The work items to quote are reported and described in Attachment J-1 MSC Work Package.
