The purpose of this amendment is to revise the registration due date to 28 June 2021 at 0900 Local Naples, Italy Time and provide additional information regarding the necessary documents/information that SHALL be submitted with the ship check registration request. This amendment also provides further clarification regarding COVID-19 measures. Please refer to the “Ship Check” and “COVID-19 Measures” paragraphs for the changes to this pre-solicitation notice. This presolication notice is to register for the Hershel Woody Williams (HWW) ship check on 12 July 21. The ship check is for the HWWs mid-term availability repair, which will be from 3 January to 17 February. A solicitation will be posted after the ship check. Please refer to the attached documents for further details regarding the ship check. At this time, questions regarding the requirement will not be taken. Questions solely regarding the ship check will be accepted via email only. As a courtesy reminder, all prospective vendors must be registered into sam.gov to submit proposals to any solicitation with the United States Navy.
