The US Government has a requirement for ship towage services at Naval Station Rota. We are seeking companies that are capable and interested in performing the towage services described in the attached Performance Work Statement. We are contemplating a 5-Year contract that would begin 01 December 2021. The service quantities shown in the attached Excel sheet are annual estimates for the contemplated contract. If your company is interested and capable of performing this requirement, please submit: 1. A response to this email stating your interest. 2. An overview of your capabilities and experience performing ship towage services at other harbors and ports. Please note that this is not a Request for Quote or Proposals, we are simply conducting market research efforts.
