This amendment is made to make a correction to the Country Code in the Place of Performance section of this document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information on this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6817121Q0055 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This requirement is not being set aside for small business. The associated NAICS Code is 541611 and the small business size standard is $16,500,000. Line Items: The Contract Line Items applicable to this procurement are identified in Attachment IV – Line Items. The Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. An Addendum to this provision is also applicable to this acquisition and is attached hereto (Attachment II). Quoter shall include a completed copy of the Provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt. 1, Offeror Representation and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its quote. Quote Delivery: Quoters are advised that delays can be experienced with the Government’s email system. Additionally, the email system capacity for each email is 10 MB. Emails greater than 10 MB will not be delivered and will not be considered. Therefore, quotes exceeding the size limit must be sent via multiple emails. Zip Files will not be accepted.
