Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in (insert name of country where work is to be performed) as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). NAVSUP FLCSI Naples Detachment has issued this pre-solicitation notice for an anticipated procurement for the hotel, meal and other miscellaneous services in support of the crew of a T-ESB class vessel. Approximately 180 personnel will need single occupancy hotel rooms and 140 of those will need 3 meals a day, provided by a catering service or an on site restaurant. The solicitation is expected to post within the next 15-30 days. For the anticipated solicitation, the anticipated location is Rijeka, Croatia. PLEASE BE ADVISED that this is a pre-solicitation notice only, and does not constitute a solicitation. Do not submit proposals in response to this notice. The subsequent formal solicitation will be posted in the near future and will include complete instructions for submitting proposals to be considered for award purposes along with the detailed scope of work and terms and conditions.
