This notice is for market research purposes only and is to seek sources capable of providing timely, high quality hand held aerial images of commercial merchant and fishing vessels operating in the area of the English Channel, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), see Attachment 1, in support of the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) is contemplating on issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial single award with an ordering period of five (5) years, plus an additional six (6) months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 if necessary. Sources interested in this anticipated procurement are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement package with the following information: (1) Capabilities in providing timely, high quality hand held aerial images of commercial merchant and fishing vessels operating in the area of the English Channel, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), see Attachment 1. (2) Information on current or past contracts with US agencies (e.g. General Services Administration, Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, etc.) for Aerial Photography, particularly in UK and Europe. Include contract number(s) and any issues that arose during performance. (3) Feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Email capabilities statement package to Mina De Stefano at Mina.DeStefano.it@eu.navy.mil by 15 January 2020 (email size must not exceed 5MB). Include point(s) of contact, current System for Award (SAM) status, and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Submittals will not be returned. Any questions regarding this notice must also be submitted to Mina De Stefano at Mina.DeStefano.it@eu.navy.mil . Oral queries are not accepted. This Sources Sought is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make awards, or pay for sources’ expenditures made in response to this Sources Sought.
