NAVSUP FLCSI Naples has issued this pre-solicitation notice for an anticipated procurement for the pier side mid-term availability and overhaul of a T-EPF class vessel. All repair work is anticipated to be accomplished at the successful contractor’s facility. The place of performance shall be located in the Sixth Fleet European AOR. For the anticipated solicitation, the Sixth Fleet European AOR will be restricted to the Atlantic Ocean cost line in or south of the city of Ferrol, Spain; in the Azores, Madeira, or Canary Island; and in the Mediterranean basin. The country in which conducts the performance of this overhaul must maintain an International Agreement with the United States that addresses primary jurisdiction procedures for US Military personnel. Be advised that this is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Do not submit proposals in response to this notice. The subsequent formal solicitation will be posted in the near future and will include complete instructions for submitting proposals to be considered for award purposes along with the detailed scope of work and terms and conditions.
