Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Italy as prescribed by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.1103(3). NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for wireless telecommunications services in Italy under full and open competition around July 2019, which will be available on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil/index.aspx, the European NECO (EuroNECO) website at https://euro.neco.navy.mil, and the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFP will replace RFP N6817118R0007, which is cancelled due to changes in the Governments requirements. FLCSI intends to award a single-award firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from the RFP, and to evaluate proposals using the Tradeoff approach. The resulting contracts anticipated ordering period is from 1 November 2019 to 31 October 2024.
