Item 0001: The contractor shall provide all parts, tools, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to perform emergent repairs to a Medivator Advantage Plus Flexible Endoscope Germicide Liquid Disinfector. The emergent repair work shall be performed at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam in the Biomedical workshop. Item 0002: The contractor shall supply all parts, tools, labor, materials, and transportation perform an annual service agreement, that includes one preventive maintenance agreement and one repair visit.
