The Naval Hospital, Guam intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price service contract with Alcon Vision LLC, 6201 South Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76134-2001 because we believe they are the sole source provider for periodic preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for our Alcon Centurion Phacoemulsification Unit, Cataract Extraction Unit, Equipment Control Number (ECN) 079437, Serial Number 1401132401X, and Alcon LX3 Phacoemulsification Unit, Cataract Extraction Unit, Equipment Control Number (ECN) 080907, Serial Number 1501898905X. These Units are Proprietary to Alcon Vision LLC. A draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Should you believe that your company is capable of performing preventive maintenance and repair services in accordance with the PWS, provide your information and technical capability by responding to Jocelyn.t.layson-castillo.civ@health.mil by Tuesday, July 25, 2023, 8:00pm EST. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the business size standard is $34 Million. And the applicable PSC is J065. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government not to complete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the Government’s discretion.
