The objective of this Combined Synopsis / solicitation to a single source award is to procure a drop Shipment type contract delivery to USNH Guam Laboratory Department three times a year. 1. Catalog number 82446, Trima Accel RBC/Platelet/Plasma Set, Sampling with Correct Connect for Trima V7, 6/Case @ 48 Cases. 2. Catalog number 40817, Anticoagulant Citrate Dextrose Solution A (ACD-A) 750mL - Correct Connect, 12/Case @ 25 Cases. Products must be Certified by Terumo BCT. POP: 15 MAY 2021 – 14 MAY 2022, with two (2) additional option years. Although this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is being issued to a single source, all responsible sources may submit a quotation / offer which may be considered by the contracting activity.
