The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for Sodium Chloride solution . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 423450. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ. A scope of work with specifications is included. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered.
