These lenses are for the Opthamology Dept for the US Naval Hospital Guam. See attached for required supplies and qty demanded. Must provide pricing for all items as instructed per table. This is a request for quotes. An award will be made using an "All or None" evaluation and /or based on the "Best Value" proposed for this requirement in terms of technical capabilities/approach, past perfomance, and price. An interested offer must be able to provde all required items listed as this will be an all or none award. Note the response deadline for this RFQ is 02/06/2020 at 3pm EST. This is a full and open type of requirment.
