This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 5) and is a request for information to determine the capability and availability of potential commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This notice is issued by the US Naval Hospital Guam Contracting Department, to identify sources capable of providing calibration, preventive maintenance inspections, and repair on the medical equipment cited in Attachment 1 to this Notice. The Statement of Objectives is provided in Attachment 2 to this Notice. The calibration, preventive maintenance inspections, and repairs must be performed on site at the US Naval Hospital (USNH) Guam.
