Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document Destruction Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared per the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N6809619Q0013 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation N6809619Q0013 and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulation 2019-05. The commercial services under solicitation N6809619Q0013 will be acquired via competition to the maximum extent practicable. The opportunity to provide a quotation/offer is open to all business concerns, regardless of size. The line item number, description, quantity, and unit of measure are detailed on page 4 of this announcement. The services will be performed at the US Naval Hospital Guam (hereinafter referred to as USNH Guam). The Operational Management Department at USNH Guam will inspect/accept the services performed.
