This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68095-21-Q-0024. Naval Hospital Bremerton requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Double-wall Audiometric Booth for Branch Health Clinic - Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. Subject to the availability of funds, Naval Hospital Bremerton intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the supply and installation of a Double-wall Audiometric Booth. Additionally, the Contracting Office is providing a Questions and Answers sheet and Facility/Room Drawings in regards to the combined synopsis/solicitation.
