The Department of the Navy (DoN) NMRTC Bremerton intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Centering Healthcare Institute, 89 South Street STE 404, Boston MA 02111-2648 the sole source provider for the NMRTC Bremerton that meets DON's requirements. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of 12.0 Million. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by Centering Healthcare Institute as they are the sole provider which meets all criteria to provide the following license and supplies for the NMRTC Obstetric Clinic: Centering In House Facilitator Site License, Patient Books, Facilitator Guides, and Centering Tool Kit. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 7:00 am, PST May 6, 2020, by email to the attention of brianwilliam.c.mafnas.civ@mail.mil. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
