The Brand name: Medtronic (Covidien), Situate Delivery System, item descriptions as listed below: 1.)Item No. 01-0038, Situate Delivery System (Console, Scanner, and Stand), Quantity of 5 2.)Item No. 01-0047 - Situate Detection System, (Console X, Body scanner, Room Scanner), Quantity of 5 CONSUMABLES: 3.)Item No. L1818-04P01C-1 - LAP, X-Ray, RF, 18 x 18, ST, Quantity of 4 (CS) 4.)Item No. 01-0037 - Sterile Drape for Situate Delivery Scanner, Quantity of 4 (CS) 5.)Item No. 01-0020 - Sterile Drape for Room Scanner, Quantity of 3 (CS) To include On-Site Training (hands - on during actual procedure and clinical support as part of the purchase) and Warranty for replacement units at no cost for at least three (3) years. This requirement is for use at the Labor and Delivery Department and Main Operating Room at the Naval Hospital Bremerton and is being conducted on an unrestricted basis. Our intent is to find equipment that can detect and locate any missing sponges during surgical procedures.
