Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune intends to award a sole source award to Getinge USA Sales, Inc to furnish: OEM Preventive Maintenance & Inspection, Emergency Maintenance, Labor & Parts on the following equipment: 533HC Sterilization 21", 733HC Sterilization 61", 8666 Clean/Disinfect Vaxjo, and 9128 Clean/Disinfect 9100HC. These services have to be completed by certified Getinge trained technicians and with original equipment manufactured parts. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with 4 option years. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquistion Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
