The Navy Office of Information (CHINFO) requires global access to an existing stock music library housing a variety of audio-based media, in a variety of lengths, in multiple file formats, delivered online, with sufficient diversity in genre to support creative needs on-demand. The estimated number of available music tracks shall exceed 100,000 available tracks, to include original versions as well as edited versions with or without voice or specific instruments, as well as abbreviated versions for shorter productions that do not require a full use of original track. ***SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION***
