The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a single, sole-source IDIQ contract for MK 66 Mod 0 Heavyweight Undersea Training Targets, engineering services, and support equipment kits. The contract will have a 60-month ordering period from the date of award, with delivery and task orders on a firm fixed-price basis. Performance of services is located at NUWCDIVNPT in Newport, Rhode Island. This is a follow-on production contract to an OTA held by SAAB Inc., and no proposals are being requested at this time. The anticipated release of the formal solicitation is August 2026.
