The Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract to NOVA Electric for the evaluation and repair of Weapon Power Converters used in naval launchers. Up to 75 units may be ordered over a five-year period, with performance at the contractor’s site in Bergenfield, NJ. NOVA is the original manufacturer, and no other vendor can perform the repairs without incurring millions in additional costs. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 May 2026. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but capability statements may be submitted for consideration.
