The requirement includes a base year with delivery approximately 11/02/26 and four option years with deliveries approximately 11/02/27, 11/02/28, 11/02/29, and 11/02/30, covering 50 bolts and 50 material certifications each year. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Naval Station Newport, RI 02841-1708, and offerors must quote the required quantities with best delivery lead times and a minimum 30-day quote validity. Access to the Distribution D/export-controlled drawings requires active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration/DD2345, and offerors must also have an active NIST SP 800-171 assessment and CMMC Level 2 (self) uploaded in SPRS/PIEE. Offerors must be SAM-registered, provide proof of similar past work and inspection data, source items directly from OEM or authorized channels, and comply with the applicable FAR/DFARS provisions.
