PMI Tow Cable Connector Re-termination Effort

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price purchase order to PMI Industries for PMI connector reterminations. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; the sole-source basis is that only PMI Industries can meet the Government’s schedule without unacceptable duplicative costs. A recent amendment updates the CMMC requirement to Level 2 Self. The requirement includes Distribution D and export-controlled drawings, so offerors must have valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and provide a valid DD 2345 to the RFQ point of contact, with drawing requests coming from the JCP Custodian. PMI Tow Cable Connector Re-termination Effort
