This opportunity is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the manufacture and delivery of eight Transition Bases for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI, with delivery required FOB destination to that location. The desired delivery date is on or before 31 December 2026, and award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror. To be eligible, offerors must possess a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment score of no more than 3, posted in SPRS, to access the export-controlled drawings. Additionally, offerors must have a CMMC Level 2 (SELF) assessment or higher posted in SPRS and provide the corresponding CMMC unique identifier(s) in their quote. The quote package must include pricing, delivery lead time, a technical approach, and recent past performance references.
