The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport has a construction requirement for the design/build of a vaporizer enclosure. Contractors do not need JCP certification but must have an active SAM.GOV registration to request access to controlled attachments. Because the attachments contain sensitive information, requesters need a data entry or administrator role in SAM.gov, and access is granted only after contracting officer review, not immediately. Performance will be at Newport, Rhode Island.
