Hydro Dynamic Test Fixture Testing
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Arrowhead Products Corp. for Hydro Dynamic Test Fixture (HDTF) testing of 11 units and associated data deliverables, with performance at Arrowhead Products’ facilities. The anticipated period of performance runs from contract award through June 30, 2027. No budget amount is specified. Offerors must have a valid Joint Certification Program certification, a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment summary level score in SPRS, and a CMMC Level 2 (Self) assessment or higher to access the export-controlled drawings.
