This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for 15 Gear Kits to be delivered to Naval Station Newport, RI. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price, lowest-price technically acceptable basis as a 100% small business set-aside. To be technically acceptable, an offeror must quote the exact items, have the product meet all drawing and military specifications, and be actively registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) with a DD2345 to access the required drawings. All quotes must be emailed to the specified point of contact and be good for at least 30 days.
