The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for a manufacturer to document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver TR-302D and TR-355 First Article and Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach that meet the performance requirements of the TR-302D and TR-355 transducer, respectively as well as build-to-print spare parts as specified in the solicitation. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for a production contract for TR-302D and TR-355 transducers as well as spare parts in support of the Hull Sensor Systems (HSS) Program to replenish and maintain adequate inventory to support fleet needs. The work to be performed under this contract is for a manufacturer to document, manufacture, test, package and deliver TR-302D and 355 First Article (if not waived) and Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach that meets the performance requirements of the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS) as well as build-to-print spare parts in accordance with the respective drawings included in the Reference Baseline Drawing Package. Award of a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract is anticipated. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,350 employees.
