Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in the attached Statement of Work. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governemnt. Alll responsible sources may submit a capabiity statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
