It is not specifically looking for AS9100/ISO9001, but it is looking for a certificate of compliance that is completed in accordance with the drawing. Is there a generic Certificate of Compliance that states no mercury was in use during the manufacturing process that would suffice? The mercury free statement should be included in the Certificate of Compliance mentioned above. It does not have to be a separate certificate. Will CAD files be available to the winning bidder? A CAD file will be made available to the winning bidder, but contract performance is based on the NUWC drawings provided.
