A: The Government is looking for a proposal-type Technical volume, mostly focusing on proof of personnel qualifications and job experience as well as vendor capabilities for welding, machining, fixturing, painting, etc. - Will the Government consider offers for longer than 26 weeks for First Article test Units? A: The Government needs the First Article units to be delivered in 26 weeks from award or less.
