Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to make minor updates to the Statement of Work, remove "draft" mark on the SF 18, add the DD 254 and update the NAICS from 541330 to 541330 (Exception 3). This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. In accordance with FAR 5.203(b) this combined synopsis and solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Dicision, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type purchase order for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) services in accordance with the attached solicitation.
