All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase of Digital Optical Tube Empty Sensor DOTES Mounting Blocks in accordance with Drawing No. 8625240 Rev. C, and associated Contract Data Requriement List (CDRL) deliverables. The synopsis for this requirement is being waived in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13). This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). This action is being processed as a 100% small business set-aside. This requirement contains drawings that are designated Distribution D containing export controls, which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only Offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the drawings.
