NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source basis, for the exterior restoration of quantity five (5) HLF-1 (series) transducers, as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis and Statement of Work (SOW). Required delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, RI. Lead-time for all items must be indicated in the submitted quote. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
